Let me tell you a story:
If you’ve ever eaten at PF Changs, you know just how large and filling the portions are. Even more so if you get the 4-course offering which includes soup, appetizer, entree, and a mini dessert.
A husband and wife get the 4-course meal and finish it all, an impressive feat on its own. When shown the mini dessert options, the wife demanded to see the full-sized desserts. The gentleman got the slice of cheesecake, and the lady ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate (pictured above).
I use lady in a loose sense of the word. She was a big woman.
You know how vultures, when eating thier newly found carcass, spread their wings around it for protection? That is what I saw as she shoveled the cake bite by bite nonstop into her mouth. Every. Single. Bite. And then took some of the cheesecake from her husband.
That is how my jaw dropped like in the cartoons for the first time in my life.
